- Go to where you want the link to go to.
- On top left menu...click on "Insert", then "Section Anchor"
- Name it (don't use spaces & capitals)
- Go to the image or text you want to have as the link.
- Click on the “Link” icon and select “Browse to webpage”
- On the bottom of the pop up make sure “Advanced” is expanded and use the drop down list to choose the anchor
- Save & Publish
